Mutated Owlkin are owlkin mobs that can be found in the Nestlewood Hills on Azuremyst Isle. They were once Nestlewood Owlkin but have been irradiated by a power core which fell from the Exodar into the Silverline Lake.
They originally had a habit of attacking adventurers on sight, which made them an obstacle during 
[1-10] Spare Parts and [1-10] Inoculation.
