Moodle is a level 77 gorloc quest giver located at Rainspeaker Canopy in Sholazar Basin. [54.5, 56.6]
He claims to have been "out in the world", and as a result is much more intelligent then most (if not all) other gorlocs. He speaks fluently compared to the fragmented, primitive phrases of his companions. He even knew of the destruction of Mosswalker Village before High-Oracle Soo-say ever did, and he appears to know quite a bit about the undead.
Despite his advanced intelligence, he does not lead the Oracles, and does not even appear to have a position of any power. This may be due to his implied anger problem, as he is referred to as "the angry gorloc", and the object used to summon him is his stress ball.
