This is a silly article

This article is silly. Coming from a source other than the computer games, trading card game, novels, RPG, or manga, its content is not part of official Warcraft lore, but nevertheless has become part of the culture belonging to the World of Warcraft community.

Monkey runs were created on the release of Mists-Logo-Small Mists of Pandaria (September 25th, 2012) by the group known as "Prerapehamauratoph" consisting of Dustin "Audiowizard" Young, Michael "Rtrain" Hedges, Marcus "Hamanard" Ekstrom, Mark "Preheat" Switzer and Daniel "Botoph" Wu.

What is it? Edit

The point of a Monkey run is to get as much experience as possible by killing a lot of monkeys. Get a group of 5 players and head to Stormstout Brewery in the Valley of the Four Winds. When entering the dungeon, you pull the monkeys until just before you hit the large room with ALL the monkeys. You then pull every single monkey in the large room including the ones hanging on the roof. After X amount of monkeys die, they try to flee the room, you must use stuns to keep them from escaping. Once all the monkeys are dead, you run out and reset the instance and do it all over again.

Monkey runs have exploded in the WoW Icon 16x16 world, people from all realms know about them and participate in them. Monkey runs give you about 10 - 12 million experience per hour and are a great way to level your alts.
