Defeat  Grand Widow Faerlina in Naxxramas on Normal Difficulty without dispelling frenzy.

Momma Said Knock You Out is an end game raid achievement. Completing this achievement is criteria for the meta achievement Glory of the Raider.
You'll need to either kite her between two taunting tanks using cooldowns, or burn her hard while the healers attempt to keep the tank alive through ~20k melee hits. For a Naxx-10 geared tank, this encounter is fairly easy; She will only melee you for around ~15k at the worst. Save all your defensive cooldowns for the frezny. DPS should save all cooldowns for the frenzy as well. Bloodlust/Heroism is especially useful here.

Grand Widow Faerlina is the second boss in the Arachnid Quarter in Naxxramas.
