Avenger Metz.
Metz is a human located in Eastern Plaguelands and Zul'Drak.
He first appeared as Dispatch Commander Metz as a quest giver located at Light's Hope Chapel in the Light's Hope Chapel of the Eastern Plaguelands. He is affiliated with the Argent Dawn and is extremely rude.
During the war against the Lich King, he appeared as Avenger Metz in the Argent Stand in Zul'Drak. He, Eitrigg and some others were inspecting the saronite.[1]
Strangely enough, despite joining the Argent Crusade and being promoted to the rank of Avenger during the war against the Lich King, Metz is back to being affiliated to the Argent Dawn after the Cataclysm.
