This buff is rewarded for completing Quest:In Defense of Krom'gar Fortress. It causes a graphical change to your tabard. It is only active while the player is in Stonetalon Mountains. At this rank and higher, players can purchase Krom'gar Legionnaire armor from the Krom'gar Quartermaster in Krom'gar Fortress.
It is replaced by 
[Krom'gar Champion] after completing Quest:All's Quiet on the Southern Front.
