Mei Francis is a vendor found in Dalaran^[58, 42] that sells unique mounts. She sells the Brown Bear and all the Mammoth mounts, including the ones with passenger spots and vendors, like the [Reins of the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth]. She will also mail you mounts obtained through achievements or the Blizzard Online Store, such as the [Albino Drake] and the [Celestial Steed].
