The Rune of Blaz can be found inside Molten Core, guarded by Garr. It, together with the other runes in Molten Core, must be deactivated ("doused") in order to summon Majordomo Executus. The runes are deactivated one by killing the bosses that guard them.

Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): Now doused automatically upon Garr's death.
