The Warcraft manga[1] are a series of illustrated stories in the Korean "manwha" style.
So far the only Warcraft-related "manga" have been illustrated by a Korean artist, Kim Jae-Hwan, not a Japanese one (they have also been written by English authors, such as Richard A. Knaak). Blizzard and Tokyopop officially markets all of its original english language manhwa as manga, as the term is well established in its target audience market and manhwa is not. This is technically an incorrect use of the term manga.
Manhwa are essentially comics produced by Korean comic artists. Their style varies from that of true manga (Japanese comics) and western comics.
