Sets a password on a channel, requiring users to enter it to join.

/password channel passphrase

You can also use /pass.

Arguments

channel

Specify the channel here by name or by corresponding number.

passphrase

The password users must enter to join.

Notes

• When joining, the player will receive a popup box in which to enter the password.
