Luck of the Draw

• Increases damage done by 5%, healing done by 5%, and base health by 5% whenever you use the Dungeon tool to find other players for your group.

Luck of the Draw is an aura effect applied in dungeons when a pickup group is formed through Dungeon Finder. It scales by increments of 5%, up to 15%, for each random player in the group.

The intent is "to help make up for the lack of coordination, communication, and familiarity that pick up groups suffer relative to organized groups of guild members and friends."

Patch changes

• Hotfix (2016-09-13): Luck of the Draw now properly increases pet and guardian damage.
  
• Patch 4.0.6 (2011-02-08): Now increases by 5% damage, healing, and health per random player, up to a maximum of 15%.

  Previously gave a flat 5% bonus if you had at least one random player in the group.
  

• Patch 3.3.0 (2009-12-08): Added.
