Changes: Speedbarge Bar

Speedbarge Bar is an inn and tavern below the deck of the Fizzle and Pozzik's Speedbarge in Thousand Needles, with Daisy serving as its inn- and barkeeper.

The chairs can not be used by players nor by the NPCs; The latter are standing on them rather than sitting.
Players can buy a [Bottle of Grog] from the innkeeper and use it to start a bar-fight.
Possibly a bug, rarely a crewmember will be aggroed by a patron of the opposite faction causing them to enter the bar and begin attacking each other, with one of them dying. The survivor resets while the one that was killed quickly respawns where he was.
