Lightning Overload

Requires 35 points in Elemental Mastery

Gives your [Lightning Bolt] and [Chain Lightning] spells a 4/8/12/16/20% chance to cast a second half damage spell of the same type at no additional mana cost.

Notes

Spells cast due to this talent behave completely equal to their base spells.

In Patch 2.3, chance of second no mana cost, half damage spell increased to 4/8/12/16/20% with no additional threat. Prior to that the chance was 1/2/3/4/5%, but spell's damage was not halved.

BUG: Rank 2 to 10 (and maybe 11) of Lightning Bolt will proc another Bolt with FULL damage (not halved). This bug is known and will probably be fixed soon.

-NOTE: While rank 1 of Lightning Bolt works like intended (Overload does half damage), rank 2 to 9 (and maybe above) are bugged and will cause full damage on a Lightning Overload proc.
