The Shadowhowl pack are the Gilnean worgen in the service of the Lordaeron Deathsworn. They are led by Packleader Amendera Kynes, a lieutenant of Deathsworn Warmaster Oren Tanis. The pack was formed by Zherron Shadowhowl, a druid of Gilneas.
The Shadowhowl is also allied with their brethren in the Gilneas Liberation Front, but relations have become somewhat cold in recent days due to Lord Crowley's capitulation at the Greymane Wall. Zherron feels a greater kinship to Ivar, packleader of the Bloodfang, as the feral worgen actually continued the battle against the soulless Forsaken, first in Shadowfang Keep, and then later in Hillsbrad.
Despite the overwhelming desire to avenge his fallen brethren and retake his homeland, Zherron is also bound, as a Moonglade-trained druid, by the dictates of the Cenarion Circle. With the Shattering having caused chaos throughout all of Azeroth, Zherron's mission of vengeance is often sidelined by the needs of the sundered earth...and where he goes, the pack follows. Currently, Zherron is on extended duties for the Cenarion Circle, and named Amendera as his successor.
