The Twilight Prophet begins by looting the [Urgent Twilight Missive] inside the Hour of Twilight dungeon.

Description

The missive reads as follows:

"The Hour of Twilight is upon us. The world-shaman Thrall approaches Wyrmrest with the Dragon Soul in hand, feebly whimpering one final threat to destroy our glorious master."

"Stop Thrall, and we win our war. I will be watching you from nearby."
