Kil'jaeden is likely to be the most powerful boss implemented in the game when the Sunwell Plateau instance is released. Players will most likely need to unlock the encounter via an extensive series of quests.[2]
Abilities
- Melees for 18000-20000 normal hit.Kil'Jaeden can crush.
- Curse of Doom - Summons a doomguard from each player corpse.
- Rain of Fire - Constantly making fire to rain at 2 random spots.
- Shadowbolt Volley - Shoots out an insanely long range volley of Shadowbolts that hits everyone in the raid. It will hit between 1500-2800 to everyone before resistance is applied. The volley totally ignores all line of sight issues; It does have a range, and can be avoided, it is resistable as well.
- Grip of the Legion - Curse that does 375,000 damage over 5 minutes (2500 per 2 seconds), must be removed by a Mage or Druid.
