As the trial neared to its end, Kairoz summoned alternate timeline visions of Azeroth's heroes to fight against their original counterparts, causing chaos, he distracted everyone in the Temple of the White Tiger, he used that chance to escape with Garrosh into the portal.

When they reached Draenor, Kairoz told Garrosh that he brought him to a timeway similar to the past but "not a perfect mirror image". Kairoz transformed himself into an orc in order to blend in, he told Garrosh that his plan is to gather the orcs of Draenor into a new Horde known as Iron Horde so he could lead them to Azeroth in order to fight the Burning Legion. Despite that, Kairoz wasn't satisfied with just one Horde, he wanted to gather an infinite army orcs driven from all timeways. His plan failed when Garrosh stabbed him in the back with a shard of the Vision of Time.

- Kairos (καιρός) is a Greek word meaning the right or opportune moment (the supreme moment). The Greeks have two words for time, chronos and kairos. While the former refers to chronological or sequential time, the latter signifies a time lapse, a moment of indeterminate time in which everything happens.
- Kairoz is voiced by Michael Bell in Mists of Pandaria, and Nolan North in Warlords of Draenor.
- Patch 5.4.0 (10-Sep-2013): Added.
