Itharius
Itharius is a level 45 quest giver located in Itharius's Cave in the contested territory of Swamp of Sorrows. He appears to be a high elf who dwells in a reasonably civilized cave near the perimeter of the swamp. There is evidence to support that Itharius could possibly be a dragon, but this evidence is only indirect. To this end, Itharius's true race is uncertain and impossible to determine until the eventual completion of his quest chain. Itharius seems almost to be 'baby sitting' a flock of rather cantankerous green whelps. He is responsible for initiating an, as yet, only partially complete quest with no current ending.
It is rumored this will begin the quests that allow players to use the Dream Gates that lead to the Emerald Dream, and possibly begin to forge relationships/reputations with the green flight.
