In order to reach the Tempest Keep instances you must have a flying mount or flying form. The minimum level for Tempest Keep instances with this knowledge is 68 for druids and level 70 for all other classes. A warlock cannot summon you to the floating platforms where the doors to the instances are.
Deadmines, Wailing Caverns, and Shadowfang Keep. Which is themed for whom?
The Deadmines: While accessible by both factions, only holds quests for Alliance players. Horde players would only find it useful to grind on Cookie for the Siamese Cat. (With the release of The Burning Crusade, Horde players can now buy a Siamese from Stormspire in Netherstorm.)
Wailing Caverns: Quests exist for both factions.
Shadowfang Keep: The only SFK Alliance quests are class specific for the Paladins and Warlocks only. Also it should be noted that as of BC there is a Horde Paladin quest that involves SFK.
Ragefire Chasm and The Stockade
Ragefire Chasm: This instance is located in Orgrimmar, and as such it is very difficult for Alliance characters to get to the entrance. However, if they get there, they can enter through the portal.
The Stockade: As above, except that this instance is located in Stormwind and so Horde characters will find it very difficult to get to. Again though, they can enter through the portal.
