Increases the bonus Fire damage from Firestones and the Firestone effect (added melee damage) by 15%/30%.
Due to the fact that the Firestone can only be used with One-handed weapons and most weapons that boost stats important to Warlocks are Two-handed, this is a seldom used talent. Melee is typically not one of the Warlock's strengths, after all.
