Increases the bonus Fire damage from Firestones and the Firestone effect (added melee damage) by 15%/30%.
Fire stones are conjured relic items, most commonly used and most beneficial for Destruction specced warlock. They are inserted into the 'ranged' slot, and used commonly with two-handed weapons. However, wands and Firestones cannot be used at the same time.
Patch changes
Patch 1.6.0 (2005-07-12): Replaced by 
[Master Conjuror]. 
Patch 1.5.0 (2005-06-07): Now also improves the bonus Fire spell damage of Firestones by 15/30%.
