Illidan's Servitors are a group of satyr within Illidan's forces and followers of Illidan Stormrage.
A group of from Illidan's Servitors were allied with Illidan's Naga. They helped the naga destroy the night elf town of Nendis and were later killed by Maiev Shadowsong.[1]
Illidan brought some of them to Outland with him.
