[Love Fools] can be purchased for 10 
... each. Note, though, that you don't have to pity your own fool.
Go to any of the locations specified. Use the [Love Fool] (it's a targeted AoE). Then target it and emote /pity.
- For Naxxramas, you must be inside the instance to get credit.
- For the Gurubashi Arena, the Love Fool has to be set on the arena floor, but you can still get credit by standing above the arena floor (highly advisable if you're seeking to avoid being flagged for free-for-all PvP).
- For AB, you can go into the water and swim down to the foot of the Blacksmith's island. You will be within its zone and the Love Fool can be set up on the bottom. Most likely you will not be seen, but it should be the first thing you do to avoid being interrupted.
Note that due to the level restriction on entry to Naxxramas, this achievement cannot be gained under level 80.

This is a rather obvious reference to Mr. T, who has appeared in World of Warcraft television commercials for Blizzard (see Mohawk).
