Nightmare Aberration are seen in the quest N [80] Hope Within the Emerald Nightmare where the player enters the Emerald Nightmare with the help of Remulos. They create a circle around the Shrine of Remulos to prevent further entrance into the dream. They are more of a gameplay mechanic, giving players a visual border of how far they can go before leaving the Emerald Dream.

Notes

These ancients can be pulled by an appropriate class and soloed by lvl 80 players, but have no loot table.
