Info
A bijou is "a small, exquisitely wrought trinket". As of patch 1.11 bijou are only used in A Bijou for Zanza, which can be repeated to gain reputation with the Zandalar Tribe.
You will need an Altar of Zanza to destroy a bijou. But do not just destroy it like any other item (some have made this mistake.) Take it to Yojamba Isle and right-click the bijou when you are standing before the altar.
