Goblin Woodcarver were level 18-19 elite goblins that could be found in the Mast Room of the original Deadmines. They used Axe Throw attack to stun you for 3 seconds. It was unresistable. They guarded the big Schredder with Sneed in it. The Goblin Woodcarvers were working in the mast room to cut wood for the building of the ship of Edwin VanCleef. The whole room and the hallway after it, you would find wood with Goblin Woodcarvers working on it.

Axe Toss — Throws an axe at an enemy, inflicting Physical damage and stunning them for 3 secs.- Cleave — Inflicts 110% of normal melee damage to an enemy and its nearest ally.

They had a chance to drop 
[Woodworking Gloves] and 
[Whitestone Oak Lumber] if one of the party members was a paladin on the 
[22D] The Test of Righteousness quest.
