Gar'Thok is a level 10 quest giver located in Razor Hill in the orcish starting zone of Durotar.
He starts the following quests:

WarCraft III: The Frozen Throne
Before given his station at Razor Hill, Gar'Thok was Nazgrel's lieutenant during and was in charge of watching over one of Durotar's outposts in Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne Rexxar's Campaign. He was unfortunate enough to be present when his outpost was attacked by sailors from Kul Tiras, who slew his men brutally.
