The Arcanite Ripper is an epic two-handed axe that dropped from Tenris Mirkblood in Karazhan during the Scourge Invasion pre-WotLK event. It was removed from Tenris's loot table 2 weeks after the start.
It is, quite obviously, a reference to the 
[Arcanite Reaper].
Notes
Upon equipping this weapon, it can be right-clicked to trigger the Arcanite Ripper effect, transforming the bearer into Bergrisst. This effect lasts 12 seconds and has a 1 minute cooldown.
Patch 3.0.8 saw a change of this model from the Arcanite Reaper to a guitar like Bergrisst's.
Game files also include a model based on Sig Nicious, the Blood Elf guitarist's guitar.
