A frenzy
A piranha-like fish found mostly in tropical regions. They are not caught with the fishing profession but actually are hostile beasts that reside in the water and may attack you when you are going for a swim. Depending upon the zone, their level can range from around 12 to 60 elite.
Players that win first place in the Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza can recieve a trinket, the 
[Hook of the Master Angler], which allows them to transform into a frenzy.
[Soft Frenzy Flesh] when cooked becomes 
[Fillet of Frenzy].
