A piranha-like fish found mostly in tropical regions. They are not caught with the fishing profession but actually are hostile beasts that reside in the water and may attack you when you are going for a swim. Depending upon the zone, their level can range from around 12 to 70 elite.
Frenzies are voracious, toothy fish. They attack any prey with ravenous hunger. Frenzy can locate creatures underwater within a thirty-foot radius by sight. This ability of course only works when the frenzy is underwater but hey, it's a fish, they don't oftenly take walks on the beaches.
