Ok for some reason, when I log into the official World of Warcraft forums, it says none of my characters are connected to the forum account, and when I go to choose one, all my characters (all 5 from Hydraxis) appear, but they're grayed out with a * beside them, which apparently means they can't post or aren't active (yet I'm online as we speak).
So seeing as I can't for some reason post in the official forums, I'll post here.
I want to make a macro for trade channel that allows me to say the following:
"WTB <Item name, linkable ingame so a tooltip appears>, will pay 20G".
I don't know how to make that macro. I did find one on the official forums that's similar, and it's this:
/run SendChatMessage("WTB the following item. Send me a whisper with your price. The item is:" .. select(2, GetItemInfo(8350)), "CHANNEL", nil, 2)
What that turns into is: "WTB the following item. Send me a whisper with your price. The item is: <linkable item name>".
