hi, im a Human warrior in wow lvl 80 (GS 3.8k), there is something i spent days looking for any information about; which is plate mail armor proficiency. as my skill in it is 1/205. i dont understand this. i can wear plate armor but is there any way to increase my skill in it so it could be better usage.
