Context
Thrall is the current leader of the Horde. During the Third War, Grom Hellscream sacrificed himself to kill Mannoroth and free the orcs from the Blood Haze that had driven them for so many years. Thrall considered Grom to be his his closest friend, and it seems that even in death, Grom isn't far from Thrall's thoughts.
