For every 250 resources you get inside the battleground you get 10 reputation with the Forsaken Defilers.
When you win, you get an Arathi Resource Crate. Each one of these is worth 50 reputation when you turn it in outside of the instance in Hammerfall. Therefore, for 1 win you get a grand total of 130 reputation points.
Rep Neutral to Friendly = 3000/130 or 23 wins
Rep Friendly to Honored = 6000/130 or 46 wins (69 total)
Rep Honored to Revered = 12000/130 or 92 wins (161 total)
Rep Revered to Exaulted = 21000/130 or 161 wins or (322 total)
