The '''Goroscream Forces''' is a militia created by the troll hunter [[User:Mig64/Guénon|Guénon]] to fight the [[Scourge]] in the name of the [[Horde]].

Initially, it was called Guénon's Forces, and was dedicated to free [[Borean Tundra]] from [[Kel'Thuzad]]'s presence and his undead legions, but the militia almost met demise. It's new name comes from a junction of the names of Guénon's pets, Gorossauro (''Goro'') and Gorescream (''scream'').

After a strong and hard work from it's surviving members, the militia was reborn, with new members, and now dedicates itself to aid the Horde independent of the [[Warchief]]'s orders.

The Goroscream Forces split itself in two parts at a certain point of the war, the first one -led by Kredo-, gave aid to the Horde in assaulting [[Azjol-Nerub]], the second one -led by Guénon-, entered an alliance of convenience with the [[7th Legion]] and together they laid siege to [[Naxxramas]]. Guénon had his reasons to make this division: Azjol-Nerub was the Horde's target so it was the Goroscream's duty to help them, but at the same time, the Alliance was about to attack Naxxramas, and the troll had matters to settle with [[Kel'Thuzad]].

In ''[[World of Warcraft: Cataclysm]]'', the Goroscream redirected their operations to the [[Western Plaguelands]] to aid the [[Argent Crusade]] destroy the remaining [[Scourge]] there and secure Horde influence in the area.

After some weeks, [[Tirion Fordring]] returned from [[Northrend]] and reclaimed the town of [[Hearthglen]] for the Argent forces.

Thus, Guénon decided to leave the rest of the Scourge entirely in the Argent Crusade's hands, and proceeded to reduce [[Alliance]] influence over the north of the [[Eastern Kingdoms]].

Although both Goroscream and the Alliance worked together back in [[Naxxramas]], the Horde under [[Garrosh Hellscream]]'s iron fist has expansionist and anti-Alliance plans to set into motion. Though the Goroscream act independently of the Warchief's Command, Guénon considered that imposing the Horde's will would serve as a good tool to prove themselves to Garrosh (the same way they did to Thrall in Northrend), to avoid the Warchief's interference in the militia's existence.

They managed to seize control over [[Chillwind Camp]], [[Aerie Peak]] and [[Refuge Pointe]], and even helped the Forsaken in conquering [[Southshore]] and gave armaments to the [[Syndicate]], [[Boulderfist]] and [[Witherbark tribe]] at [[Stromgarde Keep]] for them to use against the [[Arathor]] resistance.

But the Alliance quickly reacted with a massive army, the Goroscream Forces were ultimately obliterated, with few survivors.

Because of Guénon's unexpected terrible act of leadership and loss of control over himself, his Goroscream Forces finally came to an end.

Though the Goroscream act independently of the Warchief's Command, Guénon considered that imposing the Horde's will would serve as a good tool to prove themselves to Garrosh (the same way they did to Thrall in Northrend), to avoid the Warchief's interference in the militia's existence.
-They managed to seize control over [[Chillwind Camp]], [[Aerie Peak]] and [[Refuge Pointe]], and even helped the Forsaken in conquering [[Southshore]] and gave armaments to the [[Syndicate]], [[Boulderfist]] and [[Witherbark tribe]] at [[Stromgarde Keep]] for them to use against the [[Arathor]] resistance.
