Notes

• The amount of attack speed gained appears to be 2%. The effect lasts 15 seconds.
• This enchant has a proc rate approximately the same as Crusader (1 ppm).
• The buff which boosts your agility and attack speed is stackable.
• As of patch 2.1 this enchant will give a aqua blue glow, lightning pulsing every other second, that shimmers across the weapon periodically.
