Negalon the Shadow Watcher is the mightiest guardian of the Vault of the Titans, residing within the Vault of Shadows. His charge was to prevent the escape of a powerful creature entombed within the Vault by the Titans themselves. Over the eons, the influence of the Old Gods has reached out to twist the senses of Negalon and his fellow giants, just as it did the Watchers of Ulduar. Negalon's body has absorbed tremendous dark energy, and portions of it have been transmuted into Dreadstone.

Vault negalon — Negalon, the Shadow Watcher

Abilities

Dreadstone Armor — Negalon starts the encounter with 100% Dreadstone Armor. As long as he has even 1% Armor, he will absorb all damage. Negalon loses 1% of his armor whenever he absorbs an attack that deals a high enough amount of damage.

Shatter — Deals a burst of physical damage to all nearby enemies. Used whenever Negalon loses 10% of his Dreadstone Armor.

Dreadstone Dust — Creates a cloud of Dreadstone Dust at Negalon's current location. Anything standing inside the cloud takes damage over time. Used after Negalon casts Shatter.

Inhale — Every 45 seconds Negalon will inhale all clouds of Dreadstone Dust, regaining 10% Dreadstone Armor for every cloud.

Evil Emanation — When Negalon loses 100% of his Dreadstone armor, he gains the Evil Emanation buff, which increases his damage and attack speed and causes him to deal periodic shadow damage to everyone.

Suppressor Consoles

There are three Suppressor Consoles scattered throughout the Vault of Shadows. Activating them will cause them to clear away clouds of Dreadstone Dust permanently. Consoles require 45 seconds to recharge after being used.

Changes in Heroic Mode

Suppressor Consoles will remove clouds of Dreadstone Dust by causing them to transform into hostile elementals called Dreadstone Animus.

Vault dreadstone animus — Dreadstone Animus.

Dreadstone Animus Abilities

Dread Bolt — Hurls a bolt of dark energy at a random target, dealing them shadow damage.

Evil Emanation — The Dreadstone Animus absorbs ambient evil energy from Negalon when he uses Evil Emanation, gaining increased attack power.

Dread Vapor — When destroyed, the Dreadstone Animus violently explodes, dealing a burst of shadow damage to anyone nearby.

In [[Quest:A Prayer and a Wing]], Vision of Sethria says "Soon we will possess the skies." Why does she need citation, and the other do not? Because her nature is slightly different?
