Flesh giants are horrific combination of flesh and machine, and they have large servo-arm and syrigne instead of hands. Tubes with green liquid within go around their body. Undead monsters in Northrend carry name of flesh giant too, but they have totally different appearance.
The name "flesh giant" is taken from the game files as no other name is known.

Flesh Giants are currently one of the unavailable beasts in the Wrath of the Lich King Bestiary.
A preview of the Dragonblight showed the back of a large undead giant that was not a Plague eruptor.[1]
