Background
Eye Stalk is a tentacle-like creature with one eye. It is encountered during the boss fight against Heigan the Unclean. Heigan will periodically teleport players into a tunnel filled with Eye Stalks, which players must kill as they try to escape.
Abilities
- Has approximately 500 health
- Casts
[Mind Flay], which deals shadow damage and slows down movement speed. - Respawns every 30 seconds
Strategies
Kill the Eye Stalks as you move back to the room; try to dodge the grubs (they move very slow).
Notes
- Upon killing Heigan the Unclean, the remaining Eye Stalks in the tunnel will disappear.
