The Great Divide
The Great Divide is a huge lava-filled chasm created by the Cataclysm that splits the Barrens in two. It now serves as the dividing line between the Northern and Southern Barrens. The Divide is also a no-fly zone, and indeed will dismount anyone who flies over it. Other than death, there appears to be no way out of it, either.[1]
