Floating Belt is a quest reward from Quest:Two If By Boat (Alliance) and Quest:Two If By Boat (Horde).

Healing Rain is a new shaman ability that comes with Cataclysm, learned at level 83 for 25. It was first announced in the Cataclysm shaman preview.

Patch changes
−
Healing Rain is an area-effect heal-over-time (HoT) spell that calls down rain in a selected area, healing all players within it. There is no limit to the number of players who can potentially be affected; however, there are diminishing returns when healing a large number of targets, much like the diminishing returns associated with AoE damage spells. This should give Restoration shaman another healing tool that improves their group-healing and heal-over-time capabilities. It has a 2-second cast time and lasts for 10 seconds, with a 10-second cooldown, and a 30-yard range.

The ability is trainable from trainers and is not found in any talent tree, thus any shaman can drop it. Dropping this ability can often help out a taxed healer.

Trivia
−
While not yet implemented for players, Shaman s summoned by the s patrolling Icecrown Citadel can cast this spell. This version behaves rather like the Druid spell Tranquility.
