Donni Anthania is a level 5 cat vendor located in a house between Northshire Valley and Goldshire in the human starting zone of Elwynn Forest. She is more popularly known as the Crazy Cat Lady.
Cats can be purchased from her for 40. To purchase a cat, review the cats available in the house, then buy the appropriate cat carrier from Donni. Cats are a type of vanity pet.
Some think this NPC was put in in honor of Katricia or 'Kat' a former Blizzard forum representative during World of Warcraft's Beta. This is very possible, as most people who were in beta know Katricia's real name: Donna Anthony. Her avatar on the forum was a picture of cat also.
Crazy Cat Lady is a reference to a Simpson's character - the Crazy Cat Lady, who is a wandering vagrant that throws cats at passers-by. The character's real name is Eleanor Abernathy.
