The Depleted Totem is a totem that will fill up with energy when an Energized Geode or a Lodestone Elemental dies nearby. The totem is used by shaman in order to tap into the energies of Deepholm. Filling it with energy is required for 
[30-35] Elemental Energy, for which this item is provided as an objective.
