− | This spell is best used at the very end of a Frost Nova to maximize the opponent's Shatter-able and stationary time and minimize the risk of them trinketing the effect right away. It can be somewhat reliably used as an interrupt when coupled with Fingers of Frost. |
− | |||
− | Note, however that this spell is not off the GCD. It is subject to diminishing returns in the controlled stun category (such as Cheap Shot) and Frost Nova, Frostbite and Shattered Barrier will not diminish the results of Deep Freeze. |

− | The 3.3 changes allow for this talent to hit bosses in PvE for a massive quantity of damage (while FoF is up, naturally.) If FoF procs, you can use a charge (or the "ghost charge") to deliver a massive spike of Deep Freeze damage. This will virtually always do more damage than Frostbolt. |
