A smith with a skill level of 275 can combine 30 Thorium Bars, 4 Enchanted Thorium Bars, 4 Star Rubies, 4 Blue Sapphires, 2 Dense Grinding Stones, and 4  [Rugged Leather] into this lethal weapon. The recipe is earned by completing the Axesmith quest [[5306|Snakestone of the Shadow Huntress]] given by Kilram in Winterspring.
