Private Thorsen is a level 30 quest giver located in the Rebel Camp in the contested territory of Stranglethorn Vale. He infiltrated Kurzen's force within the Stockpile with help from Bookie Herod but is later betrayed and almost killed thanks to Private Merle.

While heading down to meet with agents of Kurzen, he will be friendly with the horde, he will become hostile after both agents are dead.

He starts the quest [33] Jungle Secrets if you protect him from being killed by Kurzen's Agents.
