Crazed Mana-Surges are mana surges located at the Rift in the Nexus.
Abilities[]
Arcane Nova — Emit a pulse of energy that deals 14 Arcane damage enemies within 10 yards. Arcane creatures hit by this effect will be healed for 5% of their total health.
Loose Mana — Restores 1 mana per 1 sec in an area for 20 sec.- Mana Burn — Hits an enemy with an anti-mana bolt. For each point of mana consumed by the bolt, the target takes 1 damage.
