The Corrupt Minor Manifestation of Water is a water elemental found west of the Sepulcher on the coast of Silverpine Forest. The Corrupt Manifestation must be defeated for a shaman to summon the Minor Manifestation of Water.

Abilities

•  Frost Nova — Blasts enemies near the caster for 21 to 24 Frost damage and freezes them in place for up to 8 sec. Damage caused may interrupt the effect.
•  Frost Shock — Instantly shocks the target with frost, causing 95 to 101 Frost damage and slowing movement speed by 50%. Lasts 8 sec. Causes a high amount of threat.
