This recipe is required by Enchanters to create high level Cataclysm enchantments. You need to be at least Level 83, have 500 Enchanting, and have completed the introductory Twilight Highlands quests in order to see the phased vendor.

It may be purchased from a Shard Vendor in Twilight Highlands for 1x  [Heavenly Shard].

Notes

Both those vendors are phased; you can only see them once you have completed the introductory quests in Twilight Highlands for your given faction.

You will need to:

• be at least level 83
• have completed the quest chain that will start from the Hero's Call Board in Stormwind or Warchief's Command Board in Orgrimmar
• have 515 Enchanting skill (even though you learn recipes that require this rod at skill level 470)
