[Flight Form]/ [Swift Flight Form] in Northrend too. Players have to be level 77 or higher to train this ability. If any players don't purchase artisan before cold weather flying, it is not necessary to re-purchase it if they do train for artisan.
Level 80 characters can purchase the heirloom item Tome of Cold Weather Flying from Hira Snowdawn in Dalaran. The tome allows alt characters on the same realm, faction and account of level 68 or higher to learn the spell, making flight in Northrend possible from an earlier level.[1]
